This project shows the before and stunning after renovation that has masterfully captured the essence of coastal living. This property was thoughtfully transformed to create two distinct residences, with the crowning achievement being the spectacular upstairs home. Our renovation focused on opening up the space and optimising its layout to draw the eye toward the breathtaking, uninterrupted views of Penguin Island and Arcadia Drive.
